I have been in the Marketing and Communications field for over a twenty five years and I am happy to say that my stint has given me what I would like to call “a comprehensive marketing and communications experience.” From Advertising, PR, Events, Corporate Communications to Business Development, and Media Buying- you name it and I’ve most likely done it. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Xavier’s College -Bombay University, and a Post Graduations in Advertising Marketing from the prestigious St. Xavier’s Institute of Communication (XIC). I have worked with the top 10 advertising agencies in India from, Interpublicity Pvt. Ltd. to McCann Erikson, then Percept Advertising, Lintas (LinOpinion PR & Events). During my tenure, I have been designated upto the level of being a Director - Client Servicing and serviced accounts like Unit Trust of India (UTI), State Bank Of India-MF, Central Bank Of India, Eureka Forbes Ltd., Godrej Soaps,HLL, The House of Kedia, Pioneer InvestCorpLtd., Pantaloon, Bush Boake& Allen Ltd. ,B.S.I.Ltd., FIAT and many more names to talk about. I have been involved in planning press conferences, executing press write-ups, organizing the hardware, accompanying journalists on road shows, formulating and editing newsletters for some of the most prestigious companies in India. I am essentially a “doer” with ability to identify and develop opportunities and deal effectively with a number of tasks. An articulate and confident communicator with strong presentation skills, I am able to built trust and credibility with clients, customers and people at all levels. Having been exposed to the nuances of advertising in Goa and worked with various local Ad agencies, I now own an Ad agency called ‘Purple Crest Advertising’ a complete 360 degree Integrated – Marketing - Communication Advertising company handling all ATL & BTL activities like Branding, Product & Corporate Advertising Campaign’s, PR & Events, Web Based Solutions, OOH Advertising and all M.I.C.E related activities.
